As an executive coach, I appreciated this book's practicality, examples, and definitions so much. It's a great book for self-care, understanding why we think the way we do, and having simple, practical things to practice over time to make improvements. I like the summaries at the ends of each chapter too. It's nice to have a quick list to refer to for all the important nuggets. I enjoyed this book!

It's comprehensive about Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and it's easy to read and understand. A lot of my keynotes are simple, easy to understand or recognize, and easy forgotten.
