This is a really useful and interesting book. The possibilities of our brain are endless and we can learn to manage it. Well written about how to get rid of old habits, how to start thinking positively and what you should do for this. A book on great advice or how to reduce anxiety. As a person who suffers from anxiety, I find this book to be really helpful to me.It is also a workbook so it gives you activities that you can do to relieve anxiety. This book takes a unique look at the relationship between anxiety and grief.

Excellent book.

I went through sections of this book with a therapist years ago and it was helpful but it's been even more beneficial to me going through it again at my own pace. The book is easy to follow and the exercises are not onerous. I am finding the defusion exercise particularly useful as a way of reducing the impact negative thoughts have on my mindset. I get particularly anxious when I go to events relating to my work and I now realise. . I work through it with my therapist and, though it can be hard to push myself to do something from it every day or to face my fears, it has made measurable improvements in my life.

Improves your life as you learn!!!!

This book offers a great deal of advise for those struggling to overcome anxiety and depression. I enjoyed reading it and learning from the examples given.Evidence-based practices are interwoven with personal experiences to provide hope and the offer of healing to sufferers. A much-needed addition to the literature, and very user-friendly.

Great go to guide!!!

This book has helped me alot. Easy to read and stay interested in it. It helps you learn the signs of social anxiety and help you learn different way to cope with it. Perfect Guide Book!!!

This book was a great help to me. As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety most of my life, I found this book to be wonderful. It gave me different aspects to think about in regards to mental health.If you are curious to learn more about anxiety, panic attacks, etc. or hoping to retrain your anxious thoughts, I highly recommend this book. It helps you rationalize and think-through your anxious thoughts and find ways to tolerate the anxiety.

I love it for awesome guideline!!!

hat is my goal for the new year. Thanks for writing a great book and showing others that this is possible and also being real that it takes time and this is not an overnight event. Highly recommend this book.The blueprints are great and make it easy to map out your plan and reach your goals. I have to reread the book again and decide which plan to start with, but I like the photo and video blue the most so far. I love taking pictures and video so does my sister. Highly recommend this book!

Very in-depth excellent book on anxiety!!!

The Anxiety is an excellent resource, especially for friends and family of people suffering from anxiety, specific phobias or disorders. A lot of times people who aren't educated in all of the terminology, psychology and such actually make anxiety worse for people suffering from it because they try to insert logic when the entire point of disorder level anxiety is that it does not respond to reason.But if you put into action the basic ideas in this book you will be able to deal more effectively with anxious situations in your life.

Changing Lives, one life at a time!!!!!!!

This is an absolutely amazing book. Corinne writes from a place of pure understanding of what it is like to experience debilitating anxiety throughout life and then she shares the amazing tools that helped her to not only break free, but to live a life filled with excitement, love and possibility. Through her courageous journey she has inspired so many.I love this book and it could not have come at a more perfect time in my life! I have been living out of my comfort zone lately doing more public speaking and feeling a bit anxious!!!

Highly recommended!!!!

I use this is a wonderfully written book for elementary students who are dealing with worries in their little lives. My students have commented how it makes sense and helps to know there are related factors to the many stresses in life. This book helped her understand what anxiety really was and gave her some simple examples of how to deal with it.I am a psychotherapist and use this to help parents and children understand the biology of anxiety and how to manage anxiety.

Very Informative Book About Handling Anxiety!!!

This is one of the best books I have read on anxiety. The information is simple and concise and will help you understand where these sometimes paralyzing feelings are coming from and how to deal with them.One thing I wish I could have read is more about prevention of anxiety. The book overall has techniques that I believe anybody can benefit from ,because everybody deals with high stress situations.
