It helped me figure out that my thinking plays a major role when I am stressed, he author gives tips of controlling the stress as well.

I particularly liked the chapter explaining the value of "alone time". I think many people fear being alone for various reasons, but we all need "space". Working in health care can be very stressful and combined with a busy home life can be recipe for disaster when not managed right. I've always been into stress management and finding the right information is so important. I really liked how this audiobook simplifies stress and gives you clear and precise ways of dealing with it. The 7 steps are a perfect way of doing this. The chapter on recognising your stressors really connected with me got me excited for the rest of the book.

I felt so much better and more relaxed once I finished. It's so reassuring to know there are authors like Silvana out there with such passion for what she does. I'm looking forward to listening to even more of her audiobooks.
