It is painful to listen to and feels condescending. I just couldn't make it through and found the chimp paradox a more useful read.

I don't think the book translates well into an audio book. It may be better in paper. also, the narrator's voice made the book come across as, 'listen with mother'...The voice is crystal clear and well articulated but for me didn't work.
