The authors has quite obviously put tremendous effort into understanding and explaining mental health and challenges in a way that engages and encourages the listener.. If you’re looking for another way to help manage your mental issues, this book is a great resource.

I think this book provides good steps for recognizing and altering your thoughts.I found the book very helpful for people that need to record what they feel and think related to depression. it includes very practical exercises to improve the mood from the root!

I would recommend starting here to learn more about the qualities of The Empath. The author does a fantastic job at helping empaths heal themselves by teaching them how to release negative emotions and how to set healthy & effective social boundaries.
