Looking to kick start my parents fitness
I have now got to an age where my parents are at 'that age'. I wanted their remaining days to be free from the aches and pains that come with ageing, I wanted to learn some routines I could do with them so I got this audiobook. A nice step by step guide to exercises that have helped with flexibility and pain. The good thing is that you can do some exercises and then pause and continue and the book is well chaptered so we can decide on our focus each day.

Fantastic!
Got this book as a bit of a joke for my mum, but actually it’s super awesome! We have been doing the exercises together and it’s really well explained. What I really found useful is that there is a free pdf that comes with book showing how to do the exercises with images! A lot of useful tips in addition the the exercises! 5 stars!

Great for my Parents
My parents have always whinged about not being in good shape for years now and always complain online workouts are way too difficult. After they listened to this audiobook, they have a great home workout program that is helping them become fitter and is also helping with their joints. The audiobook promotes stretching (which is very important for seniors) and I am sure many other seniors will find this book helpful...

Great Beginner friendly book.
The exercises are easy to understand and the instructions are very easy to follow. I would recommend this book for anyone with limited mobility.

Great workout guide for seniors
I downloaded this for my dad who is in his sixties to help get him moving around more. He is so much more motivated to get fit now and has got great guides for working out.

A full body workout for seniors
I strongly believe the key to enjoying our later years in life is putting health as a high priority. This book is a comprehensive and totally doable guide to staying fit. I especially liked the sections on stretching and focus on joints. Each section of the body is highlighted and routines concentrated on those particular areas. Highly recommend to those seeking fitness in their senior years!

Motivating and safe!
This is a well put together fitness book for over 60's that emphasises the importance of building and maintaining muscle, core strength and stability. As we age we are more prone to falls so the stronger our core is the better. It's not just about doing sit ups everyday but all the different ways you can work and engage your core, even during every day activities. Balance is also a huge part of this book which is vital to us as we age. There are loads of different exercise routines that are very effective and safe! Love the narration as well!

A helpful guide !
This book is very well organised and contains effective exercises for each body part, targeting all muscles in our body. It also includes workouts aiming at joint pain relief and stretching!
Each exercise is clearly explained, with advice on posture and tips.
There are guidelines about how to mix exercises/workouts and how often.
If you are looking for exercises and routines, this book will help you !

Great for seniors or those with health issues
This is not only a great guide for seniors to stay in shape with exercises adapted to accommodate their age, but also for people who have been impaired in some way that prevents them from participating in exercise more commonly associated with their age bracket. People who have suffered disability, are going through physiotherapy, or even people who have been struggling with obesity can all benefit from the strategies and activities in this book. A great source of information on the ageing process as well, and how it impacts our physical activity. A great gift for any beloved elders in your life, or anyone who is seeking a more manageable form of fitness. Great listen with a good narrator. Recommended!

A very practical book
The book is very well researched and very practical. The workouts are so easy to follow and I could feel that I had done really good exercise after a suggested workout for a particular part of my body. The workouts are achievable and I can feel they are good for you.
