Making exercise a priority for elders can considerably enhance their mental health. The routines are well-explained, and the author provides enough description for each exercise to be visualized.
It's a useful training manual for moderate activities that keep you active while still keeping you safe.
I used it with my parents, and I've noticed that they're more active, it's doing wonders. I highly recommend Great Book!.

I was looking for tips for my grandparents to increase their mobility and physical health, and this audiobook did exactly that. I liked that it came with a free PDF with lots of exercises that are easy to follow and have great illustrations for each position to ensure you do them correctly.

It was so important for me to understand the correct posture and form to advise my elderly grandparents, but the guidance that this audiobook provides for each routine is spot on. There are different workouts for each part of the body, which is great for not overexerting yourself. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone over the age of 60 wanting to improve their fitness, stamina and energy, as it says in the title!
