As someone who finds it really hard to wake up in the right frame of mind, I've found this book so useful to listen to and most importantly I now use these affirmations to help change my entire outlook to my mornings and life in general. I find this book very empowering as a woman but mostly as an individual. I love the chapters on using breathing to energise myself and releasing anxiety. Taking that extra time to get up a bit earlier in the morning and practice these affirmations has been a god send for me and helped so much to decrease my anxiety and negative thoughts. I honestly start my days now feeling more motivated, positive and confident. I would highly recommend this for any woman who wants to start their morning in the right frame of mind so they can seize the day!

I do love an affirmation audio book I find they put me in the right headspace to start my day. i was feeling it was time for a new book and i came across this one.

this one is great! it has so much guidance and so much more to it other than just being affirmations.
