Do you want to feel as nimble and carefree as you were at 21? Do you want to be able to touch your toes or train with no fear of pain and soreness? We all do, right?

Like so many of us, you just don’t stretch regularly and in turn do not test your flexibility, you just assume you have it or naturally do not have it.

Do not worry though, it is not gone forever. But you need to go about it properly; too many stretches are assumed to work when they are just straining your muscles or making your flexibility worse!

There are a set of proper physiotherapist-designed stretches that target the problem area with more than double the effectiveness.

These stretches have been put into a tailored routine to tackle the most common causes of pain stiffness and inflexibility to get you as active and pain-free as you were at 21.

In this audiobook I will reveal:

  • The secret stretches all physios will have up their sleeve
  • The routine that will make you forget flexibility was ever a problem
  • A routine perfect for targeting any strain or pain so you never miss training again
  • Discover how to build on newfound mobility to live a healthier happier life
  • Discover the simple steps to then maintain your flexibility to feel younger for longer

It can even reach a point where flexibility is no longer even considered as a problem.

Is it worth missing out on the chance for a pain-free and more content life to stay immobile and in pain? What have you got to lose?

As I grew up as a handballer I know the importance of stretching after a workout or even a pre-workout also! In this book, you going to find amazing methods and steps on how to do proper stretching even at home as due to lockdown a lot of us needs to stay at home. Definitely recommended for everybody who doesn't want to get injured as stretching is very good against that and to find a proper balance for your body.

As the author said, stiffness and lack of mobility are very common with many people these days. But you don’t need to be one of those people and suffer from the lack of flexibility. This book is motivational and educational. It clearly tells us about benefits of stretching and how to do it properly. The book is great for those who don’t know where to start from as it shows exactly what stretching exercises to do and how to do them. I’d recommend this book to anyone who spends hours sitting at the desk and is willing to make a little bit of effort to have a healthier body.

If one thing has been completely obliterated in the last 9 months, it's my flexibility.

Poor posture.
Sitting in a chair for 10 hours straight.
Gyms being closed.

All of the above has left me feeling 20 years older than my age. This book was a Godsend with a number of stretches and routines you can do from the comfort of your home.

A must for work-at-home

I have needed a good stretching routine to add on to my workout for quite some time now. I have realized that cardio and strength is not at all enough for me to have a healthy body; to be frank, I should probably have started stretching much earlier. I loved chapter 4 about stretching routines and workouts—a great audiobook overall, with a whole lot of new and valuable information for me. Only wished I'd picked this up earlier.

A game changer.
