I like how this book is focused on guiding people to be their best self. Avoid eating junk as much as possible. I, myself have trouble with that, but this book gave me an inspiration to be more mindful of what I eat and habits. This book is very well researched and put together, I learned lots of things I wasn't aware of and it has definitely made me stop and think about some of my poorer eating habits, just listening to the book has made me more mindful of my eating and I have picked up lots of great tips to move towards a more positive relationship with food.

I absolutely love how the author has brought mindset, childhood, and subconscious factors along with science into this well-thought-out book. There is more to breaking habits than just information. Addressing how important the emotional factors are is key for true and sustainable change. Definitely recommend it for those ready to make a change!
