Well I've reduced my shopping bill

It began to dawn on me that fresh fruit and vegetables in the supermarket are more expensive than meat , cheese and things full of processed sugar, i knew it was silly to pay for what nature gives in an abundance for free. But I didn't want to make myself ill picking the wrong plants (especially mushrooms). This guide has gave me a good start to go out foraging in the land surrounding Buffalo. Man wild food is much more tasty.

The benefits of Wild forage edibles!

This audiobook brought me back to nature and how I aspire to live. It spoke about foraging and how you can benefit from it in many ways. With the current inflation worldwide, it's in our best interest to learn about wild edible plants. Not only can some can be beneficial to our health, but they can also add flavor to our dinner table while saving some coins. I also enjoy the outdoors, such as camping, so knowing which wild plants are poisonous and which are edible is a plus.

Chapter 9 was my favorite as it gave me great recipes and lots of ideas for my own recipes using these wild edible plants

Necessary inflation alternative

With the current economic challenges, seeking alternatives to groceries has become a necessity. This book introduces the concept of foraging, which provides an alternative to traditional groceries, fruit and veg via wild edibles, which are healthier and obtainable in peak season. This is certainly a good opportunity worth exploring further for those living in rural areas with some greenery.

Start Preparing Delectable Meals with Foraged Wild Plants

If you’re someone who wants to know about wild plants then you should definitely listen to this book. It’s packed with a wealth of information. I chose this book to expand my gardening knowledge and take it to the next level. In this book, it tells you how to preserve your foraged finds in a variety of ways, including dried teas and preserves, which plants are suitable for foraging and which should be avoided, and much more.
I'm, therefore, quite pleased with the knowledge and direction I've gained from this book. Even though you don't need any prior gardening experience to profit from this book, I'd say that others in my circumstance would benefit most from it. Plus the narrator did a perfect job.

Amazing!

Calling all nature lovers! What a great book this was, an essential guide on how to find and forage/prepare wild plants that are edible and delicious. I am a huge fan of connecting with mother earth and eating as naturally as possible so I loved learning about all the wild greens in my area as well as the contact information on the experts. I appreciated the information on how to prepare them for optimal taste and how to store them after having foraged which is super helpful because I hadnt thought about that. Great tips and tricks on how to find edible plants and how to know which ones to avoid, I recommend to anyone who is interested in learning to forage and discover what mother earth has provided us with! Great narration as well, thank you!
