I was looking for more actual motivation!

I was expecting more ideas and techniques to help you dig in and push past the dull days in the gym, the days when to just don't want to be there, when you need a army sergeant major shouting at you. Goal setting and writing stuff down is a good overall strategy but sometimes you need a shake and none of your friends actually get the whole gym thing anyway

Old news

I’ve read all Mike’s books and love them, this one however I found quite dissapointing as I didn’t hear anything new. It’s all old research presented with a new cover. Sorry I can’t be more positive...

not motivating at all.

Voice is monotone.
doesn't motivate me at all and the voice actually turns me off listening to it.
want a refund

Excellent

Mikes latest book is definitely on par with the rest of his masterpieces. I thourghly enjoyed listening to it, so much so that I I will definitely be listening to it again very soon.
His enthusiasm for fitness and positivity shine through in this book and it is extremely motivating, I couldn't put it down. Highly recommended

Amazing book

I got the book thinking it was actually going to tell me how to get my dream body lol but then realised it was about motivation. I sure did benefit and listened to it all in one sitting.

This book really helped me to stay focussed!

I loved the tough love dished out by the author and have found this book immensely helpful in motivating me to keep on track with reaching my goals.

Simple, straightforward and practical. There is not a single boring/not interesting chapter. Definetely one of my favourites
