not enough on mindset for me
i did finish it and although it might inspire some i was really looking for some practical ways on overall mindset training, I think i will be looking for a mindset book, and i know i just need to get up and do it but keep losing that motivation.

Very inspiring book
Thank you for writing such an interesting, informative book. I have listened to this whilst walking on each day and it inspired me to join a weights for woman class at my local gym and build up some interval training. Thank you for providing me with the motivation to improve both my health and fitness.

A very enjoyable read
A short book that gets straight to the crux of the matter. I turned to this book looking for motivation to get back into my exercise routine and it’s certainly done that. With thought provoking stories and helpful mindset and practical advice I’d absolutely recommend this book as well worth a listen. Thanks Jim!

Great easy listen.
I really enjoyed listening to this book, the narrator did a fantastic job. The book itself was inspiring and easy to listen to. Jim told us about his struggles and he overcome them to be able to get into the shape he wanted. I liked it where there wasn't too much technical and scientific jargon (I say jargon loosely as I know it's important to know that as well), and for someone that thinks fitness and nutrition is for the minority like myself it was good to know that this book is suited to everybody and any age or ability.
Overall a pleasant read, great author and great narration.

So useful.
The author is very honest and does not hold back from admitting the mistakes he's made. The author has been underweight, overweight during times in his life but has also achieved stunning results. The author genuinely wants to help everyone reach their goals. If you want to improve any aspect of fitness or your mental headspace then this book is for you.
