Smashed through this in 3 days. I’m those 3 days I’ve fixed a door that’s been broken for 6 months, put up a curtain that needed doing a year ago, trained twice a day and landed a new client. Such a motivating story. Cannot recommend more.

Hearing Jacqueline Gardner herself thanking Goggins for "always picking 'her' up" was my favourite part and made this audiobook the best one that I ever came across so far. That one sentence literated with her own voice really summed up the two-volumed autobiography of Goggin's amazing life of endurance and self-actualization.

I was skeptical about the fact it’s not David narrating most the time but Adam narrates the book really well and matches the tone of David’s story and words really well. Goggins story is mad interesting and the various podcasts and evolutions throughout add more insight into what he wrote about and what happened. I was hooked from minute one, get this book and listen to it whilst at the gym like I did. Stay Hard!
