Great fast shipping and everything as described. Many people read the self-help books and then get lost in the contemplations about it, planning how and suddenly they found themselves lost. Good stuff. I especially liked the part at the end explaining that it needs to be an iterative process, not just a one-time exercise.

A lot of the stuff in this book is common sense, but it's still good to have it all in one place. It also helps to hear it from someone as accomplished. We live in a very connected world, and one of the key messages of this book is that while we have to deal with the realities of information constantly coming at us, we need to be disciplined enough to focus on one thing at a time. The book is an easy read
