Gives good tips on self-discipline.

Gives good tips on overcoming temptation makes me want to continue to better myself. The right motivation Simply put self-discipline is the key to reversing bad habits and mediocrity. It’s always great to have an audiobook or resource to remind you of this.

This is HANDS DOWN the most comprehensive, yet clearly presented book I've ever listen on this topic. Wonderfully organized and eminently listenable, it opens your eyes to WHY you're actually procrastinating, then proceeds to offer all sorts of terrific ACTION STEPS to implement immediately!
