Following in the steps of success

I was looking for a book to help me discipline myself better. I am glad that I came across this self-discipline book. I like how it was laid out in a step by step and how I can implement it for myself. I especially enjoy the simple and concise approach. This is for anyone who needs a strong nudge in the right direction to help them discipline themselves and get productive.

Awesome Book!

I learned a lot and found it easy to set up small, but important steps toward achieving this goal. I'm not a big fan of most self-help books, but this one was definitely worth the purchase. This is a short but to the point book on self-discipline fundamentals and strategies. I respect that and it makes me want to try out his other books. I highly recommend it to anyone who thinks they need to work on their discipline. I like it!

Great book!

The book contains knowledge that should be known by every one of us. Schools never taught us to build our self-discipline but this book covers it all from the basics to the advanced strategies. It not only covers research-based tactics, but it also gives practical implications that are easy to digest and follow.

I'm thankful to this author!

This book clarified this phenomenon as well as gave some straightforward yet great understanding of how change is conceivable. As subtle as self-restraint can be, I felt out of the blue it's feasible. It's a brisk perused and I'm thankful for the point that I discovered this book.

Impressive audiobook!

Reach the goals you need self-discipline.

Really enjoyed Stephen's approach to self-discipline. In order to make the changes you want and reach your goals you need self-discipline and you can never have enough tools as we can always improve. We each face the hurdles that come with positive change so I enjoyed learning more techniques to overcome them to reap the rewards of productivity and focus!
