VERY INSPIRATIONAL

What happens when you have an eye-opening experience that makes you self analyze where you realize you lack discipline in your life? You begin to seek self-improvement. I just finished listening to this book and I plan to listen to it a few more times, I play it while at work, I play it while working out. One of the best investments I have done and with this new-found knowledge, I plan on losing weight and being overall self-discipline.

Learned a lot about Discipline

Gets a 5-star review from me for both the subject matter and the scope. I'm not new to self-discipline and neither am I easy to impress but overall I thought the author did a thorough job of discussing the various aspects of the topic. My favorite part is the mention of taking control of your own reality.
