A great way to read a book

I am really enjoying listening to Peter read this book. I can absorb what is being said , so I am learning more than I would be if I was just reading it myself .

interesting but not life changing

Enjoyed this book and it had some useful information and help I did feel it helped me to be more disciplined but kind of new a lot of the information already

Full of interesting ideas.
Easy to absorb. The science is there but I'm no way overwhelming. Great little self help book.

Good listen for in the car

Some good insights, got a bit neurological at the beginning but then evened out. Some of the rules for discipline were good. The 40% rules that the seals have was interesting and if put to the test you’ll find that you can leverage a lot more out than you’d think possible.

Links habits with self discipline

Similar references to atomic habits but this talks about self discipline too. How motivation and will power are fleeting and how habits will help get you to your goal. If you only bought the one book I would recommend this one.
