I have the motivation, but no discipline and so this was a good way to learn about methods of gaining discipline and to confirm my intuition that discipline is what I'm lacking. Some of the studies discussed offer an insight as to why I have always lacked discipline. I have a few tasks from the book that I need to consider and adapt to my life in order to become disciplined.
