Wealth of Knowledge!
While I have not finished because lets fave it, it is a huge book, tons of info and recipes and some stuff I read twice to make sure I grasped it. I am slowly working through it. So far I have found it very helpful. Nice to have so much good, accurate info in a nice hardnack book.

Love the details.
If you want to get excited about eating clean, whole foods and the science behind why you should do so then this is the book for you. I am just starting out in changing to this lifestyle and I will never look at food the same way again.

So much great information!
This was my best purchase of 2018. It's the go-to resource for everything Paleo. It explains the science behind Paleo but in an understandable way that I can easily share with others who are interested but wary of this way of life. There is no other more comprehensive resource for all things Paleo.

Best book yet!!
This book is amazing! It's a cookbook/health bible/ encyclopedia of everything you need to know to live your healthiest life. She discusses the pros and cons of certain foods that are typically excluded on the Paleo diets which explains why they are usually avoided. There is also a large recipe section that is also broken down further into different categories for special diets. This book is a must have for everyone.
