Yes I am sharing this to the whole family. Clean eating is one of the best audio book I have and very informative on losing weight.

Many will not believe how relevant eating healthy important to one's health. Great I have this guide to help me with my journey in losing weight. My whole family will love this guide and hopefully follow it as well for a healthy US.

What did you like best about Clean Eating? What did you like least?

Nothing like least everything was nice about clean eating this book really an awesome one.Least means it should clear by the way totally it's GOOD.

Clean eating clean living

What made the experience of listening to Clean Eating the most enjoyable?

Many of diets books are similar but what made this one special is the fact that it talks about counting calories the right way, which is not counting at all! You can eat as much fruits and vegetables as you want and you don't need to worry about calories because they're healthy for you.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I would put it in a television cooking show and the tag line would be "clean eating clean living"

Great guide for eating right and feeling healthy. I'm a big believer that counting calories is tedious and unnecessary. I'm glad I found a book about that and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to start eating cleaner, healthier, and better foods.

This is an excellent book on eating clean! The book is very informative. I learned a lot of new and interesting. Unlike other diet plans, eating cleans - diet lifestyle. She is very good at helping to lose weight! I recommend!

Clean Eating:An excellent guide.

Awesome recipes! This book is exactly what it says it is. A book full of clean eating recipes. I didn't have any trouble with finding the ingredients in any of the recipes I decided to try. The food pictures are good quality and very clear. The recipes were clear and concise. Even the kids loved eating the food from this book. It is very hard these days to find a cook book that is exactly that, a cook book. I did receive this book for free but the review is all of my own wording and opinion. Really worth recommending!

Clean Eating and not counting calories

If you could sum up Clean Eating in three words, what would they be?

MAKES US HEALTHY!!!This is pretty straightforward and covers everything. You cannot go wrong by cooking your meals, eating whole foods, avoid process foods, eat 5-6 times per day and watch out for fat, salt and sugar.

What does Kevin Theis bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

i wouldn't read it if i read it by the explanations only i listened the book fully,

Only thing I would have liked to see images where the author was expounding on the different food and ingredients. But overall great content!Clean eating is all about making healthy food choices and not counting calories.

WORTH RECOMMENDING!!!

Where does Clean Eating rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is in a good position so that only i grabbed this book.

Have you listened to any of Kevin Theis’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I never heard it before this is the first and it is awesome to hear or listen.

It is very hard these days to find a cook book that is exactly that, a cook book.Really worth recommending!
