Even though it focuses more on the US market I can relate to it as the same patterns occur in the UK, especially in London a foodist Mecca where organic produce is at a great cost. This book changes your mindset and I believe it could also change the shape of your body. It was a very enjoyable listening experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a change in lifestyle and not a diet.

I have the hard copy of this book too. I have read it twice and listened to the audio three times. Every time I read or listen to it I take away another gem of info that I action.

That's all very virtuous I hear you say but this is my little foodie bible. What might surprise you is that I have been a practicing pharmacist for 20 years and also trained as a Nutritional therapist and have owned a health shop.

I am great at inspiring others but needed something to inspire myself. This book has been my inspiration.
