Decent basic information

There's nothing new or innovating in here, other than knowledge easily picked up from magazines and online articles, probably for free. Useful information nonetheless. Like any book in the fitness and nutrition arena, it's always worth studying further to find the best advice that works for you.

Less pills

This is a mixture of Six Weeks to OMG and The Hardness Factor. You should lift heavy weights, don't eat processed foods, don't drink beer, don't work out too hard. I found the book motivating and he does have you take two pills (D3 and fish oil), but he stresses that most of the pills on the market are a waste of time and money.

Even though I have heard 90% of this before, if I can improve my health, by gaining one bit of information I didn't have before, then the small cost of this book it is worth it.

Good information

But the information is very basic and can be found in a number of other resources. But simple is usually the best and most straightforward way

Good plan

This sounds like a great plan to put in place. Many health conscious people already do some of these
But the book rounds it out

Worhtless!

This is just a simple list of basic, intuitive, common knowledge tips such as get enough sleep, try not to get overly stressed, get enough exercise etc. There is absolutely nothing in here that your mother has not already told you to do anyways. There is nothing in here that is not an intuitive step to being generally healthy. These are not even things that you "should do" as much as things you are probably already doing if you are healthy person. Total waste of money

No cheat printout

I was promised a “cheat” printout of this book. Since I purchased this on Audible I reached out to the author (as he instructed to do in his book - Triple your testosterone) he never responded to me. I sent 2 emails. The book was great and very informative. But the follow up is a 1 Star :(

Basic Information

The book summarizes information that can be easily found on the internet. I didn't get any additional new information but rather a reminder of what I've read in the past or watched on YouTube. If you need a refresher where everything is in one place then this is an audible book for you.
