This author does an excellent job

This author does an excellent job of illustrating a very practical approach to fasting. The most useful chapter is the one on fasting tools and how to make calorie free drinks palatable. Fasting is a wonderful way to shed the extra pounds.

I highly recommend this book!!

Her tips to approaching social meals were also extremely helpful. Excellent practical advice

This author does an excellent job of illustrating a very practical approach to fasting. I especially appreciated the advice about avoiding ice water because I had this problem, but I thought it was the fasting that caused me to be freezing. I can't really comment on the explanation of the science as I already knew about it, but I highly recommend this book for the practical application of intermittent fasting.

AMAZING BOOK

Lays out all the easy to follow tips for cutting cravings and getting fat under control fast. It's never easy building up the discipline to stick to a diet, but this book gives you a huge leg up. I'm still learning, and thanks to this guide I'm confident I'll get to where I want to be with a healthier body and mind.
