From this book, I learned all about the intermittent fasting, and its effect on the human body, namely, the loss of excess weight and recovery in general. Easy To Digest

Fasting is easy and effective. I don’t have to count my calories and only have 1-2 meals a day. Above all, I don’t feel hungry all the time like I used to. I feel great. Thanks, author for helping me lose weight and become healthier.

Wonderful

Excellent deal. I started the intermittent fasting diet several weeks ago. Although the hunger was initially difficult, my body adapted and it became easier. I started to eat less and now I can eat 2 meals a day without starving. I can now fast for 16 hours and hope to increase it to 20 hours. Highly recommend.

Complicates it

This author complicates something that is so easy and can help so many people lose weight and become healthier. Narrator mispronounces too many words. I would recommend a different on the subject.

this book wasn't worth the money as an audible book. the narrator was difficult to follow, spoke too fast, and mispronounced many words.

Terrible narration and it matters in this case

The narrator does not how to pronounce 80% of terms in this book. Sounds like he is spitting into a microphone the entire time. And somebody please tell him NOT to read the table of contents - this is an Audible book - page numbers do not matter!

Simple and To-The-Point

This is a great book on intermittent fasting and Connors Thompson shows you exactly how to do it. Intermittent fasting is important for the body as it enhances cell repair and regeneration. I’ve been doing it for quite a while and it’s great!

A Great Resourse

The author gives us the seven most popular methods of Intermittent Fasting and explains how to use it to get better results from exercise. Excellent Deal

I did the two day fast before I listened to this book. Now it all makes sense! The blood sugar spikes went away. I was not starving. The Himalayan salt water was a huge help. I recommend this book!

Helpful Book

The language in this book makes the science of weight loss bad body transformation very easy to understand and follow. I liked that the author presents principles, rules/guidelines and real life examples that allow me to make my own informed plan. I’m finding that imp far more motivated that way. This is a great book for beginners and the experienced alike.
