practical

Some great practical advise is in this audiobook. Never thought fasting would be a feasible way of losing weight but this audiobook has proved me wrong. Quite easy to implement into my current lifestyle and I've seen considerable improvement in my weight.

So glad I found this book!

I have been researching intermittent fasting (IF) for a while now by reading, watching videos, and inquiring information through blogs from people claiming to be doing it. I found this book to be easy to understand, to the point, with a lot of information that the layman can understand. The author takes the time to connect with the reader on their level and explain things in terms that someone that can be understood by someone that does not require a significant amount of scientific knowledge to comprehend the content. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to obtain a better understanding of how IF actually works. Matter of fact, I will be sharing this book with my husband in the morning. This is a quick read also which is good for the person who normally doesn't sit down to read a novel on a regular basis.

Thank you for a thorough, interesting and informative book. It was definitely worth the effort!

Bought this for my Mum!

My Mum has always struggled with a poor diet and being overweight, so I bought her this audiobook as a present.

She loves it so far and it's really helped motivate her during her weight loss journey.

I think she really likes the idea of being able to eat almost whatever you want, as long as you stick within your calorie allowance.

As a big fan of intermittent fasting myself, I'd highly recommend learning more about the topic if you're interested.

For me, it's one of the most sustainable diets I've found.

So yea - this audiobook is worth a listen!

Just what I was looking for

I’ve always done internment fasting on my own, however I wasn’t really sure without proper guidance. This “ food manual” comes with extra tips if you want to reverse your aging or want to just keep the weight on permanent.

This is an amazing weight loss book!

"Intermittent Fasting for Women" has truly been a real lifesaver for me. I have always struggled with weight loss and I also have diabetes so having this book by my side has been incredible.
