Great ideas.

This book throws a bit different light on the whole fasting idea. The diehard ketosis lovers are very regimented with their monitoring of blood glucose and macros. I find that a bit tedious when I want to make a lifestyle change that isn't so all-consuming, so I learned that it can be done by going a little easier.
