Useful.

Every time I tell someone about this, their first response is that there is no way they could do it. Stop the excuses!!!! If you want to lose weight, get healthy and fit into those clothes that you can't fit into anymore, do this.

Easy to follow.

Always thinking that fasting will be a torture and for many many years I was curious about fasting. With this book I started 24 fasting and was the solution to weight loss, I feel surprisingly with -more- energy !

Marvelous.

It is so wonderful to be free from the obsession with eating & food constantly. I knew the basics about therapeutic fasting but had never ventured into longer fasts & so I ordered this book so I could learn more about it!

Intermittent Fasting

Have never tried or heard of Intermittent Fasting but this book was chock full of information. It is a quick listen but it touched the basics of the plan. I will try it now that this book has peaked my curiosity!
