Overall this was a quick read with straight to the point chapters. It did not go to in depth and never claimed it would - but it’s good enough to get the average person to understand how it works. Would recommend it to anyone interested in the subject as an introductory tome.

One of the most informative books.

The book starts out telling you all about testosterone and what it is responsible for; how its produced in your body. Then it proceeds to tell you what to look for if you are male or in your partner that could signify low testosterone. Such as: Depression, Low Libido, Low energy levels/fatigue.

Use it as a refrence with the given Action Plan.

This book is a great reference as far as things to watch out for to keep a healthy Test level: avoid soy plastic etc... Thank you Freddie Masterson for this book. The author is competent on its topic.

He said everything was bland.

When his testosterone returned it was as if the world returned to color again. Now imagine if your T-Levels were at the point they should be (they are likely low) how much more drive and passion would you have in life? Not just sexually. This book explains all this in depth and provides practical tips to boost your testosterone. I would give this book a shot, but also go see a doctor that specializes in this area.

Bring Passion Back to Your Life.

We live in a time of extremely lowered testosterone. The word testosterone has been beaten to death and it has destroyed the importance of it. It's not just some hormone that makes men jacked or horny. No this hormone is more like a life-force for men. I read about a man that was suffering some illness, where he literally had no testosterone.

Fantastic cookbook.

It is highly recommended!

Overall though, very awesome cookbook, and what's so great about it is that it's all based on the science of hormonal health, and the recipes support hormonal functioning and testosterone (especially if you're a guy). Can't wait to make more of these recipes!
