Simple and Easy-to-follow

Very readable and I started treating myself right away after the first few chapters. It is an excellent layman treatise on the subject.

Extremely poor book, badly read.

This book had very little to do with CBT and is full of over simplifications. The reader mispronounces some very common words, which I found irritating.
