Since starting therapy, I’ve realised how many little things we humans could tweak to find deeper happiness and fulfilment. I wanted a manual to kind of point me in the right direction for all of these things (a huge ask) and this book is exaactly that. The reader is really calming and human, compared to a lot of annoying readers (and British thankfully lol - sorry Americans). It covers everything from risk aversion, to relationships, self esteem and attachment. If you’re looking for self improvement or clues to fine better fulfilment, this is the book for you. It covers so many things in an east to digest way, and isn’t repetitive which I find rare in a book of this style. Highly recommend !

So pleasurable to hear a calming, realistic attitude to wellness,mental health and other challenges.

In a world of 'can do', '100% positive' and 'losers finish last' attitude , it's great to listen to simple tools and explanations of why we do what we do and how to break the cycle of issues we all suffer from time to time

I wouldn't say I'm a person who particularly struggles with my mental health. However my partner does and this has helped me, help her I've also told her she must listen. Has so many great insights can't recommend it enough (the PDF can be found in the chapters section on Audible) and for the PDF I can only assume they're images in the book and for that reason if they're something you'd like to pay more interest to I'd recommend getting the physical Book or Kindle version.
