Practical and engaging, full of real life examples

I love this audiobook because of how practical and engaging it is. Thibaut Meurisse back up his points with well researched scientific facts and copious examples from his own life. This made it easy for me to relate with the examples and illustrations in the book. Am definitely going to listen to this book again and add more to my original notes. It’s a must read for anyone wanting to master their emotions for the greatest benefit.

A Useful Read

There is a lot of information in here, and it uses some good examples and guidance throughout. There are personal stories as well. It's a rather engaging read if you are looking for a greater insight into how to manage your own emotions. *I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

PDF Not Available

The book is good but I'm unable to open the PDF that he refers to throughout the book. I've tried several times on multiple devices without any success. Not sure how to go about getting access to this component. Wish I could access it as this is instrumental in getting the most out of this book. Any and all suggestions welcome.

Good short little book

Had some useful information in it. I just wish they didn't quote Ekhart Tholle so much. That guy is a hack. But other than that I gained some decent insight from it about the emotional world.

Fantastic Read

This book has really good insight on the paradigma of success in order to revamp your emotional well being by simply analyzing it, reflecting on the whys and how you can transform your mindset into someone you want to be around in both your personal life and professional life. What excites you? What doesn’t? It’s challenges you to sit down and listen. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a different perspective on managing your emotions!

Great book

At the height of the Covid lockdowns my anxiety and depression were at an all time high. I would pick at my beard and be unable to function. After listening to this book on audible I was able to rewire my brain and be in more control of my reality. I learned my triggers and the response to my emotions. I’m not an almost 100% active observer of my thoughts and emotions. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking to take control of their lives!

Excellent book
