This audiobook was so helpful - it is a down to earth approach to self therapy. It is interjected with very interesting stories from the authors experiences both personally and professionally - many of us can relate to the skepticism of therapy and this book can change your perspective - writing your own life story can peel off so many layers and help you understand where you are right now. It only takes a few minutes each day to check in with yourself, recognise what you need and adopt a healthier mindset and thus healthier behaviours dealing with setbacks along the way.

I came across this book after reading addicted to anxiety (an amazing book and audio book this opens your eyes to how you can practice self care and discipline daily which will help massively)
