This audiobook gave me a lot of new information that I didn't know before. I learned that the vagus nerve has a big impact on our mood and overall well-being. The exercises that were suggested in the audiobook are easy to do and you can do them either lying down or standing up. Even if you don't have a yoga mat, you can still do the exercises.
