This is a nice audiobook! Understand the science of breathe in and breathe out, yet there's so much more to it. The author goes deeper into what techniques one should use to not only improve their breathing, yet their anxiety as well. I grew up a pretty anxious kid so these techniques would've helped at lot sooner. Now that I know what technique to use, it has greatly helped me in times of stress and even my sleep schedule!

I’d been looking for some breathing techniques to help reduce stress and this was perfect. Plenty of useful tools to incorporate into my stress management toolkit. It also came with the added benefit of being narrated by Matt Addis, whose narration of Legend of the King is simply outstanding.

I'm blessed with a job I enjoy, however there are times when I'm working 60+ hours a week in a very high stress environment. The past few weeks have been like that. This audiobook has excellent breathing exercises in it that have really helped me to take some of the pressure and anxiety off my mind. Don't be fooled by how simple the exercises are, they really do work. If you work a stressful job with long hours, or are even suffering from anxiety unrelated to work, this book could well save your sanity.

Many years ago, I used some of these techniques, especially the one used for Deep Sleep. So glad I found this Audio book as this technique is amazing to relax before going to sleep. The beauty of this is that it's an audiobook. The last one was from a paperback maybe 15 years ago. So now it's just a matter of popping in earbuds and off to bed. Brilliant. To me, it was worth it just for that one exercise.

I have long been aware that there are different ways of breathing, but this book enriched my knowledge. There have excellent explanations and very good applications for recovery and a healthier lifestyle. Indeed, a proper approach to breathing can significantly improve my lifestyle by managing high-stress levels and regulating my emotions —a very useful book. I recommend.
