Excellent read and helps get a good nights' sleep
This is a hugely helpful and practical guide to breathwork and how to perform breathing exercises. It is simple and can be practiced anywhere, and I now have a readily available practice that can be applied right before bed to ensure I get a great nights' sleep and avoid the pitfalls of anxiety.

Easing anxiety through breathing
I already notice a difference in how I feel after using some of the techniques in this book. They are so simple and yet so effective. I like that the emphasis in the book appears to be not forcing it, but practicing it and making each technique part of your daily routine. That's big for me.

Absolutely thrilled
This audiobook has quickly become an integral part of my daily wellness routine. It offers a great variety of breathing exercises, meditations and visualizations to help me manage anxiety, sleep and pain. Wonderful meditations!
This audiobook has some wonderful mediations and breathing techniques. I love meditating and always incorporate breathing to my meditations since it increases the relaxation and reduces my stress levels. The author does a great job of giving many breathing techniques to use and practice so that you can sleep better. Such a big difference to practice these breathing techniques on a daily basis.

Very Helpful!
This is a nice audiobook! Understand the science of breathe in and breathe out, yet there's so much more to it. The author goes deeper into what techniques one should use to not only improve their breathing, yet their anxiety as well. I grew up a pretty anxious kid so these techniques would've helped at lot sooner. Now that I know what technique to use, it has greatly helped me in times of stress and even my sleep schedule!

Excellent instruction on how to practise specific breathing exercises that can have profound effects on one's health is provided by the author. I found the meditations designed to improve sleep to be particularly helpful, as deep sleep is crucial for managing stress and staying young. Great book
The audiobook was informative! It gives step by step exercises and instructions to help develop breathing techniques for a healthier you. The breathing techniques have the ability to relax your mind and body all while managing high levels of stress and regulate your emotions better. Most of illnesses can be expelled with deep breathing exercises. Will recommend!!!

Very helpful audiobook.
I'm blessed with a job I enjoy, however there are times when I'm working 60+ hours a week in a very high stress environment. The past few weeks have been like that. This audiobook has excellent breathing exercises in it that have really helped me to take some of the pressure and anxiety off my mind. Don't be fooled by how simple the exercises are, they really do work. If you work a stressful job with long hours, or are even suffering from anxiety unrelated to work, this book could well save your sanity.

Wonderful variety of techniques and easy to follow
The breathing techniques in this audiobook are so easy to follow along with the narrator! A variety of techniques are explored for different types of relief: anxiety, meditation, relaxation, pain relief, deep sleep, and more. Correct practice can actually help improve your health.... even just trying them during the narration made me feel better!
