Dreadful. Monotonous drone.

Like listening to a class outline.
Worse, still, the “performance”. Most anatomy terms mispronounced. You’d think, given that this subject is anatomy, that the narrator would have taken the trouble to find out how these words were pronounced.
Monotonous drone.

Hoped to find diagrams and anatomy “maps” in the Kindle version. Nope. It is, in fact, an outline.

Well-decorate, densely informative b.

Well-decorate, densely informative but accessible. I had more 'aha!' moments than I can count, and I'm now looking at behaviors on every scale (individual to international) in a new way.

Nice audio-book!

The simple exercises provided give hope for improved health but with a greater understanding of WHY and HOW they do so. Filled in a lot of puzzle pieces pertaining to “the big picture”, in my mind at least! Thank you!
