It is full of practical suggestions and applications for bringing mindfulness into our lives in many ways. The benefits of living life in a mindful way are tremendous- physically, mentally, and emotionally. I highly recommend all books by this author.

If you want to make some of the most delicious exotic foods, in the simplest way , this is the book for you. I loved how the author starts off with a full on tutorial of the best way to utilize your crock pot to its fullest potential

Not instructional

If you are looking for why you should meditate or thd benefits, this book is great! However if you are looking for a how to, keep looking.

easy to follow

The meditations are intimidating and help you to focus on being more in the moment. I have found it most helpful right before I go to sleep at night and occasionally first thing in the morning before I start my day.
