Everyone should listen to this audiobook.

The very first exercise, the Classic Reset, serves as a foundation for the rest of the exercises in the book. It gives you a taste of what it feels like to meditate. And while it's only 5 minutes long, you can extend it for longer periods of time as you get used to being in a meditate state.

So great and filled with useful info

I found the author to be engaging - and even funny at times - and the book was an easy, fast-moving listen. The author really makes meditation accessible and the book is a good reminder that anyone and everyone can and should give it a try.

Excellent Audiobook

As someone who is new to meditation

As someone who is new to meditation, I found this book extremely helpful in developing my own practice. The meditations range from 5-25 minutes each; there is a lot of variety and you have the ability to jump around, find the ones that you like best and the ones that work best for you.

My favorite meditations!

I really liked the prompts in this book, there are some that may sound familiar to the listener, but their were many that were new to me and very unique. Within a few days I noticed that it was easier to fall asleep and wake up . Sometimes it's the little mental things that can be holding you back or tripping you up and this slim little volume of meditations is great for anyone.

"Positive Thinking Meditation"

I'm a fan of self help books that aren't meant to be consumed all at once and can be devoured in small little chunks. Meditation for Relaxation is just that, it's filled with 60 different meditations that range in length from 5 or 10 or 15 minutes to complete. You can make it as little or as long as you need it to be and is perfect for those who don't have a lot of free time to devote to a new practice

Wonderful guides to very useful meditations I can utilize whether at home in a relaxed position, or in a high stress social situation!! Meditations I have learned and put to use very effectively!!
