This has changed my life.

Dave's soothing voice helps!

These books are already great! but if it weren't because of Dave's voice and how he reads each detail, I think the entire bundle would be a waste. I highly recommend this narrator.

get rid of anxiety

I wasn't sure if this would help but as far as I remember after listening last night was I fell asleep faster than usual. I didn't have that "overthinking" thing, very different than usual.
