After listening this book

After listening this book, I discovered even I could find peace through meditation. Since practicing what I learned in this book, I sleep more at night, feel less stressed about everyday situation, and generally feel more happy all around.

Concise and direct to the point.

This book contains phenomenal data pretty much all parts of reflection. I particularly valued the "how to" proposals joined with the "why it's significant" clarification
