I enjoyed this very informative audio.
I think this book provides a good baseline in learning about mindfulness.
One of the most powerful aspects of the book is how it provides specific practices to deal with some complications that can arise from modern life and the "mindless" way we deal with it: stress, negativity, anger, depression, anxiety and panic.
It also address how to beat procrastination, develop better habits and relationships, and living in the present.
Finally, it provides an example of a typical day and how one would go about embedding mindfulness into it.
I recommend this audiobook.

I really like this book and add it in my favourite books. Just listening to this audiobook, I feel so pleased and so comfortable. I feel as if I am in control of my anxiety. The book is very useful for me, especially when I feel nervous and anxious. 100% recommend it!

This audiobook is a great guide to some effective big and small changes to habits to feel more detached from anxiety or stress. I especially liked the small changes to daily routine as I thought it would be easier to start small. The book is gentle and compassionate and encourages to move at a comfortable pace. I'd definitely recommend!

If you suffer from stress and anxiety this is a great tool to add to your toolbox for the moments you feel you cannot calm down. I love that it starts by explaining you why anxiety is actually painful and then uses mindfulness to help you deal with it. I guess it depends on every person, but for me this was very effective. When I am anxious I find myself thinking about past or future problems but never laying down in the beauty of the present moment. This audiobook effectively helps me to come back to myself and to the present moment and relax my mind. Really recommended it!

Being mindful can be a very effective tool.
This Book describes how to become conscious of our thoughts, accept our anxiety, and demonstrate a mindful approach to managing Anxiety and being present.
This was a fantastic starting point for learning about mindfulness.
Anyone who has struggled with anxiety and wants to beat it should definitely try it.
