Great resource for those who need stress relief!

Super Practical
'How to find instant peace' is a chapter that everyone needs right now. This book is full of very simple practical ways of bringing yourself some relief in this busy and more and more stressful world. The 3 hour investment in this book will pay off in every corner of your life. Narrator is very soothing so it's a nice listen too.

A great guide for anxiety
This is an area I’ve always been interested in and am delighted I came across this book. The author has given a clear understanding on anxiety and provided a process that we should all adapt into our lives…even if you don’t feel you have anxiety.

Helpful Book for Anxiety Relief!
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book! The author does a great job of outlining how to build and modify already existing habits to help individuals relieve anxiety. I found it to be extremely practical and comprehensive. My biggest takeaway was found in Chapter 3, in realizing that I am responsible for making necessary changes to my habits to minimize anxiety-related stress! Very insightful book, especially for those interested in simplifying their lives and adopting mindful strategies to reduce or relieve anxiety!

Longer lasting anxiety relief!
This audiobook makes understanding anxiety very easy as it breaks it down into very simple terms. There are so many easy-to-apply steps to help change your thought process, your routines and habits. Following the guidance in this book will go a long way in reducing stress. It has many practical and relatable ideas to help beat anxiety and stay away from medication in the long run. The book is also well narrated with a soothing voice. I followed the exercises and found them very helpful. Definitely, a must-have for anyone struggling with anxiety.

Powerful Instructions
One important thing in life is having a rest of my mind. I have a neighbor who is a pain... but with this book, I have been able to blend many things out to be able to find my inner peace. The definite approach of having to do this in 30 days steps make me purchase this book and that promise was delivered. Inspiring, soothing, & helpful
I loved this book so much! If you have been looking to incorporate mindfulness into your life, this book is a must-listen!
The ideas, explanations, and daily practices are outlined in a very thoughtful way. I appreciated the amount of easy-to-incorporate, daily practices that can truly change your mindset. This is also a book that you can listen to multiple times; whenever I need renewed energy and inspiration in my practice, I am going to come back to this guide.
