Amazing worth much more - Truly life-changing!
It's one of the best books I've read or heard about on social anxiety. The author has been through similar experiences as I have with social anxiety and in his words, you can feel his passion. Great Help From A Great Book
I've read other books from Ed Jones and they've always been informative and easy to read, but this latest book really does deliver the goods. There's no fluff. It's all great advice for those people with social anxiety (myself included) to start rebuilding their lives.
I love the advice given here and would encourage anyone to give it a go.

Helped me to overcome my fear of social situations
this book has some great advice for those suffering with social anxiety. I implemented some of what is taught in this book over this last week and I've seen a massive, positive difference in my anxiety. it's a slow start, and it's definitely not an overnight cure, but if I continue to work at it, I know I can beat this thing.
