Powerful and inspiring information

This book is full of many good strategies and guidance. It has helped me identify that my overthinking can be changed.
It is encouraging and motivating.
I have been motivated and driven in the past, achieving my goals through discipline and determination.
Then life events swerved me into a new reality , forcing changes that I adapted to .
I wish I’d read this book a decade ago, and allowed myself the space and time to grieve and process the emotions I felt I had to bury.
This book has come into my life now and I am grateful for the knowledge and practical advice and direct honesty. Now I’m ready to aim for my goals again. Thank you.
My only constructive criticism is the speed of the narration could be a little slower. It goes at such a fast pace it is difficult at times to process the impactful statements.
If it was written, I would really read and re read certain points to let them really sink in. The speed of the spoken words means they fly by before I’ve had a proper chance to absorb them.

The book is inspiring

I downloaded the book for some inspiration and motivation and it didn’t disappoint. It is to the point and listening to it a few minutes a day, can push you to do more and to do better.

One of The Best

Honestly, one of the best books I have had read. It eas like talking with my future self. The performance was great, the content is great. I hope this book will help everybody like it is helping me to become more driven, more disciplinate and knowing that I can become who I want to be.

easy to pick up as and when

simple, easy, not overbearing and thoroughly enjoyable. Narrated well and I didn't feel like I was in a classroom like some of these books.
