You Will never find something this good

Helpful.

Though this book is for women it is mentioned how men can benefit from this book too. With Intermittent fasting though they suggest eating. healthy, you actually don't have to stop eating your favorite foods, it's to stop eating at certain times. Very interesting book.

Amazing Advice


As someone who used to be over 200 pounds and possibly could have been on TLC, this book was a lifesaver. I quickly picked up on several of the habits and have to say that the Keto Diet is the way to work. It offers so many health benefits that can’t be denied. What a great book!
