Good Book with But

I expected the aspect of the Regulation and Tax to be more detailed as it will large impact how to attract Armchair Investors. I am disappointed that those aspect though mentioned was not even discussed talk less of making a deep dive on it. But may be I got the purpose of the book wrong.

A really helpful book, holistic in approach.

Would you listen to How to Attract Armchair Investors for Property again? Why?

I intend to listen to this again shortly in order to catch what I might have missed the first time around, and will keep it as a reference as I'm going through my property investment journey. It's a great book full of excellent advice.

What does Tim Matcham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

I like Tim's reading of the book, it's at the right pace and easy to listen to. The tone and pitch makes it easily focussed on.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I would have listened to it all in one sitting if I could have done. As it is I had to listen to it as was driving to and from work and anywhere else I was going, walking the dog and pottering round the house, but I still managed the 5+ hours over the course of a few days.

A unique insight into raising private finance; how to go about it in the right way using a knowledge of human psychology and intuition. This book is a must for anyone looking to grow their business quickly without having to wait to save and doing it organically.

I enjoyed this book and there was some good content. For me it took too long to jump into it and there was quite abit of waffle at the start.

some good tips

Some good tips in here but mainly personal development rather than finance specific. Also felt a bit like a sales pitch near the end.

Very well written book

Excellent book. Great content and very easy to read . Raised so many vital points I have had to Read it again and again . Will definitely be a tool in my property journey and invaluable reference material

Gary read this I have read or listened to a lot of books and I have to say this is the only one out there for raising private finance .Its invaluable well narrated and something you can keep reverting back to . Thanks Tim

Essential reading for those seeking finance

This book is a wealth of information that covers all aspects of raising finance for property. Tim really opens your eyes to what is possible and explains exactly how to go about attracting potential investors. I highly recommend it.
