Everything you need to get started.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was been inspirational as well as informative. I love the sincerity with which the authors have shared their journey so far, without setting unrealistic expectations in the minds of the readers but showing what is possible and achievable with commitment and work ethic.

The rent 2 rent business simply explained
I was skeptic to start this business but Stephanie & Nicky have truly managed to convince me otherwise!!!
They managed to explain all the things you need to know to start this business successfully. From the right mindset, to the legal requirements, practical tips on how to market your HMO business out there to how to best manage your properties easily & successful.
Furthermore, I loved the additional materials available on their website: https://rent2rentsuccess.com/rockstar-essentials
My advise would be to also get the hardcopy version as in the beginning of your business you certainly could use it as a place of reference.
This is absolutely a must listen/read book!!!

Empowering, inspiring and practical book - well read
Loved this book by Stephanie and Nicky Taylor. It’s a great listen with a mix of inspiring personal stories, practical information about how to get started in the rent to rent property industry even if you’re brand new, as well as some great testimonials and stories from their clients...
I loved how accessible and simple they make the info. It’s easy to understand their methodology and I was impressed with the ethical aspects. They want you to succeed and they want it to be a win win for all involved.
It was great to listen to the book from the authors own mouths. It made it so engaging and personal to listen to.

Finally An Ethically Sound Way To Indpendence
Most people dream of financial independence and this product outlines how to do it based on real world experiences of initial failure followed by ultimate success. What a fantastic book!
This wonderful book is the best, most comprehensive and definitive guide to the rent to rent property strategy I have come across. More than that, it gives a detailed structure, strategy and tools for success that can have benefits throughout your life. Everyone interested in being successful with property and indeed in business in general should get a copy. It takes you through, step-by-step, the what, why, when and how of setting up, managing and growing a successful, rent-to-rent business. And as well as the wealth of practical tips, advice and downloadable resources, they include numerous case studies and truly inspirational examples of people who have, and are, successfully using the Rent 2 Rent Success system to transform thier lives. The writers ethical , positive and deeply informed approach make this a wonderfully enjoyable and engaging read/ listen, that I absolutely recommended. Thank you Stephanie and Nicky!
