Top property development book
I'm not one for writing reviews so for me to actually site a review means this is a great listen. Lloyd has been open to the journey. I have enjoyed this book tremendously, I will ow seek them out for further training.

A very informative read
A very easy to listen to book which is both is informative and enjoyable. Good examples of Lloyds own developments and some of the the challenges he faced along the way. I particularly found the financing chapter interesting.
I would definitely recommend.
