The Human

I fear that if I do not destroy the girl soon, she may be the only thing that's capable of truly destroying me.

Bought this after seeing a review on book tok. Really enjoyed this, great escape and really didn’t expect the twist at the end. The narration was outstanding. Hurry up book 2.

I absolutely loved this story. It was something that I was hoping to break up my days and relax but I was soo caught up in the story and the twists. Fantastic amount of character depth, cliff hangers and smut. Perfect dark fantasy romance.

I loved this book & the TikTok viral awaited twist. The darkness of some parts mixed with the romance of others was a perfect recipe..
The only thing I hope for in the 2nd book is a little more explanation of the twist as it felt rushed being all revealed over a conversation at the end & made me feel more confused than shocked..
However I look forward to the 2nd book as I can sense where the story is going & loved the narrators performances.
