Now, while soul searching is going to be a whole other matter, we are going to start by making sure we have a tangible handle on the physicality of your very being. And the most interesting way to shed those extra pounds while forcing yourself to adapt to a form of discipline in recent days is always some fad diet - but have you ever wondered if those crash diets you go on are actually effective. You know you have. So what if I were to tell you there was a better way?

good short read
very helpful information that everyone can use easily try it out it will help with your motivation and goal to be more healthy
Just another fad diet tome
This is a short book full of poor advice. It misses the point of using fasting as part of a healthy weight control effort, and basically says Don’t eat, and when you do eat, eat a very weird restrictive diet.
This book is very easy to understand. It also gives lots of information for beginners and beyond. It cleared up a lot of my questions and concerns about IF.
