International Best Seller

Ready to shatter plateaus, smash PRs, and get bigger, leaner, and stronger than ever?

This book is the shortcut.

Here’s the deal:

Gaining maximum muscle and strength isn’t nearly as complicated as most trainers, experts, and gurus would have you believe.

  • You don’t need to: follow newfangled diets like intermittent fasting, keto, or carb cycling. Such “advanced” protocols are no more effective than traditional dieting.
  • You don’t need to: eat an absurd amount of protein every day or change up your calories or macros every week. All this will give you is rancid farts and spreadsheet fatigue.
  • You don’t need to: crush yourself with long, grueling workouts that leave your muscles and joints feeling like your dog’s chew toy. This is, however, a great way to develop nagging aches and pains and even injuries that derail your progress.
  • You don’t need to: learn strange new ways to do exercises or do a bunch of “sophisticated” training techniques, like supersets, drop sets, giant sets, and the rest of them. You might be surprised at how straightforward it really is to get to the promised land.
  • You don’t need to: fill your cabinet with exotic pills, powders, and potions that claim to supercharge your workouts or your body composition. Most supplements do nothing but drain your bank account.

Those are just a few examples of the harmful lies and myths that keep men from successfully navigating the “middle years” of their fitness journey and stick them in a deep, depressing rut.

And in this book you’ll learn something most guys will never know:

The exact methods of eating and exercising to crush muscle and strength plateaus and maximize your body composition...and it takes only a few months.

The bottom line is you can gain real muscle and strength again, look forward to your workouts again, and feel like your fitness is finally under control again.

This book shows you how.

So, click the “buy” button now, and begin your journey to a bigger, leaner, and stronger you.

Poor compared Bigger Leaner Stronger

At times it felt like a readout of a workout program, and I had to skip large sections. Disappointing, as I thought the original BLS was excellent.

The narrator is trying his best to keep this book interesting but it really gets boring after the firtst chapters. Not anything new in regards to fitness either

Great for reviewing but you need the book

I like this book and the audiobook immensely. They are full of invaluable information that can save you time and money while trying to get the body you want. My only problem with the audiobook is that for me, it is too difficult to visualize the stretches and workout programs without having the visuals of the book. This is also true for the calculations/formulas given throughout the book. You really need the physical book to get the most out of this material.

Great sequel to BLS

Enjoyed this book, the concepts are great, however there is lots of repetition.

I believe that Mike Matthews truly cares about his readers.

Newbie, but i have to say WOW!

This is a very well put together book first off. I like that it is real, and it is wrote in a way that keeps it simple, but also shows its scientific roots. I have been following Michael's guidelines from Bigger Leaner Stronger, as I am not ready for beyond yet. I started June at 248 LBS, it is now 1/29/19 and I am down to 189 LBS at 13.7% body fat. I have not reached my goal yet, but thanks to these books I am closer then i ever have been. Thank you Michael Matthews, I am glad someone self published can produce such a well put together series. I look forward to more.

I’m disappointed. Totally geared towards men.

I’ve been strength training for 13 years. I’ve completed in bodybuilding and American Ninja warrior competitions. I purchased this book hoping it would help me get to the next level of training, nope. I’m a perfectionist and I want to lose that last 1% of body fat and gain just a tad bit more muscle and strength.
This book will not help you do that. First of all it’s geared totally towards men and people who don’t know much about training. For example one chapter talked about bench pressing 1.5 times your weight. I’m 112 lbs and 5 foot flat. I’m never benching 168lbs and I don’t want to.

Second this books claims to be for people who have already been in the training lifestyle for years but it’s not, the training concepts discussed are way to basic. If you already know how to train your body this book will bore you.

I was annoyed and it was a waste of time. I’ll keep figuring out my own new ways of switching up my training as I’ve done over the years. Wish someone would write something helpful for women who love lifting and have been doing it nonstop for 10+ years.

Honestly not that inspiring or helpful

I was really hoping this would be better given all the glowing reviews. I didn't find it that compelling and question some of the recommendations.
